Box Sizes
All our products are handmade, so colour and decoration may differ and are subject to supply.
Box size:
- Small box: 11cm x 11cm
- Regular box: 24cm x 13cm
- Large box: 48cm x 13cm
Each brownie bar is approx. 4cm x 13cm. Each brownie bite is approx. 4cm x 3.3cm. Our slabs are approx. 24 cm x 13 cm.

Allergen Information
Most of our baked treats contain milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soya and nuts. They may also contain Rye, Barley, Sesame and other allergens. Due to being produced in a kitchen that handles all named allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. All allergen information is available online on the product page and enclosed with the box. The majority of our products are suitable for vegetarians but please check the allergens section of the product page to see if so.
Storage Information
The brownies and blondies are fresh and baked to order, they can last up to 1 week at room temperature. We recommend keeping them in a sealed container for optimum freshness. You can store them for longer in the fridge/freezer if you prefer but we doubt they will be around for that long!
Personalisation Information
Pick your favourite flavour, choose your sprinkles and chocolate icons, and personalise your thoughtful message.
Brownie bars are topped with Belgian milk chocolate, white chocolate letters and icons. Blondie bars are topped with Belgian white chocolate, milk chocolate letters and icons.

On infrequent occasions, we reserve the right to refund or recommend a new message if it is deemed offensive, abusive, intended to upset/ harm a person, or promotes discrimination and violence.
"I'm ordering it as a gift"
If you are ordering one of our boxes for someone special, you can select the option to add a gift note to your order on the checkout page. There will be no pricing information or receipt included in the package so no need to worry about that. All order information is sent to the email address supplied.
Delivery Information
You can select the dispatch date when placing your order. We send your beautiful boxes out Monday - Friday and they are delivered to your door, by post.
Standard orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked 24. It aims to deliver the next working day but can take between 1-3 days. On rare occasions, parcels get delayed when in transit and may arrive on another day. This is not something we can control and you will be advised of changes in delivery by Royal Mail.
You can choose to upgrade your shipping when you’re checking out. The tracked services include full online tracking so you can monitor the parcel's progress. Postal delivery is to all addresses within the Royal Mail delivery range (England, Scotland, Wales).
If you want to deliver your box to a hotel, hospital, or public place, the courier will send the package to their mailroom (instead of the reception or any requested location). The mailroom will only accept the package if you are a permanent staff member or resident. For this reason, we highly discourage this unless you can guarantee delivery as a refund will not be applicable for failed deliveries.
Do I need to be there to receive the delivery?
Yes, on occasion the boxes can fit through the letterbox but if you have chosen shipping that needs a signature then your box will not be left. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, as well as a correct phone number for contact. Graceful cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one to accept delivery.
Wrong delivery address
Before the order is shipped, we will email you an order confirmation containing the address. If you email us any changes that are needed up until 8AM of the day of dispatch, we will be happy to make amendments. However, if already dispatched, we can not make any changes and are not responsible for lost parcels.
Order Updates & Tracking
To track your parcel, you will receive emails from both Graceful and Royal Mail containing a tracking link.
Order Changes/Cancellations
Please get in touch via email and we will do our best to accommodate the change if it's within 3 working days before your chosen dispatch date. As we are a very small team sometimes it is not possible to make changes to flavours, box size, or delivery address. On some occasions we can cancel the order if enough notice has been given, please email hello@gracefullondon.co.uk.
If it is less than 3 working days before your chosen dispatch date then due to the personalisation of our products, preparation begins days in advance, and we bake the products to order. For this reason, cancellation within this period is unfortunately not possible as we have made all the necessary preparations, and this would lead to unnecessary food waste.
Order Damaged/ Hasn't Arrived
If you notice that your order is damaged when it arrives, please send us photos and a description of the damage to hello@gracefullondon.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve it. If your order hasn't arrived then please email us.
